Will it be illegal to have two 10th mark sheet from different board

Sir/Madam i want to know that having two class 10th marksheet is legal or illegal, marksheet r from diffrent board and diffrent year, but the detail about me and my parents r same i just give another board exam in diffrent year for marks increment please give me sone giudline in this can i apply this certificate in higher studies or in any governmant job in India.
No it is not illegal . But yes you cannot use both certificate at same time. No there is no law which prohibits you front doing so. You can use only one marksheet for getting admission. There is no need to share this with high education university or on government jobs.
