in second hindu marriage while making marrage certificate wife has not given divorce papers and about childrens she is govt employee is this offense and can be terminated from service.what to do
you need to understand one thing, under what prospect are you asking this question? are you the husband?? if the husband as no problem about the fact that the wife has not mentioned about her marriage then there is no problem and the marital status will remain married it does not show 1st marriage or 2nd marriage
