What to do my name on 10th mark sheet is different

Till my 10th my name is Sourabh on every document but after that its Saurabh..how will this affect me in future especially foreign visits.
No issue with that, if you must have made an affadavit , printed in newspaper and gazetted in Indian gazette . You must have provided this information in passport. If not then you must do if you are taking admission in foreign university.
