What to do if Property details are different in Papers

1.In reference to above , which is valid area that the owner can claim or sell. 2.In a S.f no there is a total of 1 acre which is held by three parties but the challenge is Party one is holding more land area according to his patta which is more than the area in his document. 3.The Second party is also having the patta area greater than the document area 4. Third party is having Document area is Greater than the area mentioned in Patta The 1 acre land is subdivided into three the only problem is the second party is having less area in his patta than his registered document that area is present in the patta of First party and second party .So he is forcing land area possession of the second party to get his area not only in the second parties patta but also in the first parties. second party land is in between the first and third What is the solution for this? for the second party and third party. Hindu family

In this case you have to give application before Tahsildar for rectification of Patta based on your application Tahsildar will conduct an enquiry and you have to provide parent document and current document in your name with valid evidence based on the documentary evidence provided Tahsildar will passed an order based on the enquiry report of VAO and revenue inspector
