What does Tameel means in case of sending a legal notice from court to the other party ?

Tameel means the acceptance of Notice given to another party tharough registered ad. ..and in another words the case or suit file against another party and given to knowledge about it suit or case ...and another party received or taken it by given signature ...Its called tameel.

Tameel legally means service of notice which is done from courts end. It is generally covered under the procedural law which is for the other party or parties to know that a case has been instituted and you (the other party) arw required to take notice of the same and appear yourself or through advocate before court.
