What can I do if my surname is not mentioned in some of my marksheets

Sir in My Matric Certificate my name is mention asXYZ S/o A in Diploma Certificate my name is mention as XY S/o AB in B.tech Certificate my name is mention as XYZ S/o AB I had applied for Govt Job and selected but they are making an objection to my name help me regarding this.
Most employers object in a situation like yours. Your name in the matric certificate is considered correct at most places. However, in your case firstly you should have been careful while filling forms during graduate and undergraduate course, now that you have not , you can get your name changed in the diploma certificate and the B. Tech Certificate by contacting the concerned college authorities as all colleges/universities have a provision for name change and pay the required fees.
