We have been deserted by our father

Our father deserted us 12 years ago all my docs are by his name but in my 10th certificate his name is mis spelt which is not being corrected by the board now what shall i do to apply for any govt jobs ,passport or futher studies.Plz guide me

in this matter u need to file a case in delhi high court then the order of the court will be done then only the correction will be possible the changes in ur 10 th marsheet. otherwise it will not be possible.
