Service resignation without giving due amount will I be in trouble

I would like to know one thing, i have resigned my earlier service due to sone personal reson at home, and they also replied on my resignation email that your f&f on hold and u will not get reliving letter, then i said ok. But there was some amount which i have to return back to company around 30k for which rather than asking later they told me that they will raise a fir/notice agains me..is it really happen They are threatened me. What should I do?

As they have put your full and final settlement on hold, you can speak to them that in case their is any dues which is to be paid by the company to you can be settled and if any remaining amount is pending can be paid by you. as you are agreeing that you owe them money you can seek time to pay the company back, but make sure everything you do in terms of payment should be in writing
