Sales deed has wrong registration date

Recently executed sales deed in subregistrar office and after registration found out that the registration date mentioned in sales deed is wrong as it was modified with an earlier date.Will it create any problems in future, kindly advise.
Mistake in the sale deed registration can be rectified by making a rectification deed to the original sale deed. both parties have to approach the sub registrar office and register the document on payment of minimum stamp duty and registration fees.
