salary on hold and Bond agreement get signed from me by making false p

I had signed a bond with my current employer in which it says not to Join competitor and other terms as per appointment letter .
Appointment letter is not printed on bond and also in appointment letter it says after signing service bond you cannot leave before 1 year if leaving had to pay 50000 before leaving.
Is this kind of bond legal as details are not fully printed and data is missing in bond ,
Bond is not notorized and they are mentally disturbing for payment.
You can send written notice to that employer through Lawyer that you did not signed that bond.By that notice they shall stop to harass to you..If continues then you can file complaint against them.But definitely they shall stop to harass to you after serving notice through Advocate.
