My wife's date of birth is 31/05/1995. But she has the wrong date of birth on her 10th 12th board ce

My wife's date of birth is 31/05/1995. But she has the wrong date of birth on her 10th 12th board certification. And on other documents there is a wrong date of birth. So how can I correct all these documents? I have her birth certicate for correct birth date and issued by munciple corporation but with wrong birth date i have her Board certificate, age and domacile and voting card. Kindly help me to correct it. Till date nobody has checked all documents thats why now we are in trouble.
