Rectification of the detail of the property in sale deed

Mistake in sale deed as door number of property is mistakenly typed. Existing door no was2/192. But it was mistakenly typed as 2/92. Now to rectify the mistake both parties has to attend and execute the procedure. Or purchaser only can execute .pleas guide me
I dont think that there is any limitation for executing a rectification or correction deed. At any point of time if a mistake is found out, rectification deed can be executed if the executant and claimant are there. Even if any of the parties are dead, their legal heirs can execute the rectification deed.
