Purchase of house in son's name, who has no Income

My parents, both retired govt servants, want to purchase a house in my name.Iam the only son but don't have any source of income.How this registration be done?.Can they purchase and gift it or straight away buy in my name?. Clarify please.
As you have no source of income at present, it will be difficult to establish later that it us your self acquired property. It is better for any of your parents to purchase it in their name now. Later, let them gift it to you or leave you a Will.
