Procedure of change of date of birth in educational documents

I am from mumbai maharashtra , if year of passing 10th ssc board is 2002 , is it possible to change dob from 1988 to 1990 ,can anyone pass 10th ssc board in age of 12 years ? kindly reply
Yes you can change details with respect to date of birth. Get an affidavit drafted in that regard and further apply for change in relevant records. Normally it is not possible to pass SSC in 12 years.
