Procedure and fees for making succession certificate

Hello,my grandfather who is no more is holding some equity shares and as per the registered will(not probated) I am the only legal heir for all his belongings so I want to know the procedure of making sucession certificate and court fees and lawyer fees for the same
Query perused. Succession Certificate can be obtained by filing a petition under section 372 of the Hindu Succession Act in case a person died intestate I.e., without leaving a Will.
