Police clearance certificate application

I would like to know may I apply for police clearance certificate when my case is under process.
I had apply for quashing of FIR (498a)
And same it has been stayed by the honourable High court.
Request you to please help me.

You can apply for a PCC. You are not punished by any court as of now so you are not a criminal.
You should declare everything in the application form and there should not be any problem in obtaining PCC.
