Need to make Power Of Attorney for Kerala.

I want to make power of Attorney in favour of my Brother who lives in Kerala for sale of our ancestor property. But I stay in NAVIMUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA. Can anybody guide please.
Yes , a power of attorney can be drafted in in Navi Mumbai as well giving all the specific or general powers as decided by you. The only thing your brother needs to remain present at the time of Notary.
