Sir/ ma'am, my sister get married in years 2017, now her in laws doing domestic violence and cruelty and now her husband get second marriage without divorced. So we want to file case against them but she has only the marriage card ( wedding card) and a photo with her mother in law and sister in law only she doesn't have any photo with husband. So that enough evidence to proof first marriage
You should first file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. You can also file for DV and the documents you told is enough to proof marriage.
