sir/mam ,
my name is abhijeet samudre doing job in a private ltd company.
befor 14 months ago i was searching for the job , at that time i applied for many jobs like online jobs and offline , on 19-10-2018 i got call from online job company from gujrat.
they told you can earn monthly 30-40 thousand by doing only typing work at home (onlinne form filling job) at that time i didn't have knowledge of this type of jobs..
that time they first send me AGREEMENT OF 100 Rs..they said send your id proofs and make sign on that agreement ..i after that i did the sign....bcoz of lack of kwoledge i didnt understant that agreement ..the work they send i didn;t do ..after 10 days i got call from them and they said you didnt complete the work you have to pay 4000 penalty....but i said them i will not goint to pay this penalty....ow i want know that is there in future there will be any problem will created by that agreement ..or that penalty will increased in future.....
plz help what shoul i do.....
yes, it can lead to penalty as you have a contract with them. if you did not understand what was written in the agreement, then why did you sign it in the first place.
since you are bound by the agreement, youb have to pay the penalty amount.
