Is notarized documents valid for transfer of property

Dear Sir, My friend had taken from me notarized documents by misguide me due to some purpuse. thereafter now he is claiming that he is the owner of my property as I transfer notary documents in his favour. Is these documents are valid, how ever i have not registered them. Neither will, GPA nor receipt etc are registered. Kindly Advice. Can I challenge such notary transfer in court or not which I done breech of trust of my friend. Thanks

As you have described the issue in ur query as per which ur friend is claming that u have transphered ur property in his name through the notarized documentts in his favour without any GPA or with out any registered documents.this total a fraud is been played on you by your friend in this matter you should reach immediately to court for legal proceeding against him.

Legally they are not valid documents for transfer of property. However, practically as per workings in delhi, it may be misused for such intent. You can still file a case for stopping your friend from misusing and declaration of such documents as null and void.

In most countries, the notary agreement is not sufficient to transfer ownership. In most countries, it is necessary to register the notary agreement with the government authority in question and obtain additional documents like a title deed.
