Is it possible to transfer caste certificate from one sub-divisional area to other sub-divisional area?..... ie, I mean to say that is it possible to change the caste certificate address?

As per laws are concerned you have to swear an affidavit for change of address, as caste certificate is permanent and if the authority gives you fresh certificate you could opt-out but if not given and same to be continued you can put an affidavit for change of address along with caste certificate or approach the court of law and seek for an order from the appropriate forum for ends of justice.

You have to do an affidavit from the 1st class Magistrate regarding the change of your address and thereafter apply for the change in the caste certificate in the concerned office.
Before doing the affidavit it good to speak with the concerned office what are the documents required for the purpose.
