I want to know about passport i have mentioned my concern.

I ran from my house in year 2013. I was 16. I ran because my family did not treated me well. They used to beat me and consider me as a bad girl and hated me. I was suffering from pain and damages to my body so i decided to ran from my home. I did it. But my family lodged a kidnapped/missing case for me. I came back to home after 24 hours by myself. I was taken to police station for queries and medical checkup. Then i was living with my family. So as per my knowledge i think there must be this report in police station still on me. Story is closed. Now what i want a passport beacuse i want to do a job that requires my passport for ID proof. I dnt have it. I am planning to get it issued but i dont know whether i can get a passport or not due to the above mentioned case. Beacuse i know for passport police verification is required. Please let me have some knowledge on this topic.
