How to take action against college for not allowing to sit for viva

Im annie,working in one of the financial company.as i failed to provide the necesaary documents company asked to me quit the job..i completed BBA degree in 2017 and i was asked to do my project viva this year but unfortunately i couldnt be there i went to college to enquiry about it latee.by that time viva got over..and again the principal is asking me to do the viva next year..which is spoiling my career and i will loose my job also..wat can be done in this stituation..im from a poor family background and im the only peraon who take iver the responsibility..i tried convincing them but they arent ready to allow me to do viva exam..i was almost jobless for 1 year again if i loose this job it would be a disaster..kindly can u help me to handle this situation ..its an autonomous college..is there any way that i can arguee to get viva done..convincing them is not working they arevreally rude..plz help me..
