How To Give A Portion Of Rented Property To Another Person

I am running a clinic in a rented place. A person want to start slimming therapy in the same premises. But she is not a doctor. Can I make an agreement with her to release me from further liability of her work without consent of owner.
This is called sub-letting. If in your agreement with the owner there’s a point about sub-letting then you are advisable to take the consent of the owner. And if there is no mention in the agreement then you can sub-let it to her and make an agreement regarding the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
