i want a deed of hindu undivided family and where it has to be registered in notary or judicial magistrate and how ,much court fee has to be paid in the shape of stamps
You can have HUF deed drafted from a lawyer. You may get draft online as well or from Notary Public.
HUF deed can be notarized.
It is not required to be attested by Magistrate.
