How to correct mistake in case of two birth certificates?

28-Jul-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Hello, I have two birth certificates and both are from different states in India. The first one is from the state Hospital i was born in, which has no Stamp but the sign of the Chief Hospital In-charge and the second is from my home town by showing the previous one from the Municipality with valid stamp and signatures. Both were done when I was a minor So, Is that illegal? I got the second one made from my relative in my home town and not from an agent. Please, can you help me how i can correct this mistake because i think this would be illegal. Will i be jailed for this? If I reveal it to get a passport??Please share your advice and help me. Thank you.

It is not clear from your end in which state you have born , if you born in the kolkata city or any other metroplitan city in that case you may have to maintain the hospital certificate as your DOB , now if you have completed your higher secondary in that event your marksheet DOB shall be treated as the DOB for all the purposes. Please avoid to use 2 certificate at a time as the same is illegal and unlawful.

It is an offence to have two birth certificates.I have seen in many cases where people does such to malign the process of law and such act on your part can land you into deeper trouble. Kindly do not mention anyone, get hold of your original birth certificate consulting your parents.
