I had purchased an apartment with my mother and brother as co-owners. How do I change the document with me and my wife as co-owners? My mother and brother have no objection to this alteration. I am a Hindu
you can change the co-owner either by registering a release deed or by way of gift deed, your brother and mother can gift their share in name of you or your wife or they can relese there share in your name and you can subsequently gift or transfer your share to your wife
