Forcefully signed on promissory note

If a promissory note is forcefully signed, and witness signatures done by relatives of signed person, dose it valid?
if valid, what the precautions dose we take while filling case against promissory note holder ?
You will have to ensure that it was signed under coercion. Firther you will also have to prove that no money was due to the promissory note holder. Please take quick legal action before the promissory note holder initiates recovery proceedings.
