Filing a case against fake defense organisation appointment letter

i m a married woman. before getting married,my husband have shown us isro appointment letter. after 2 months i got to know that he have a made a fake isro appointment letter. can i file case of treason against him,if not what can i do to get him punished?
You can't file case of treason against him.Because marriage is not legal contract.Therefore if your husband cheated you it is your liability to make detail enquiry before marriage.If you are married now then you can claim maintainence from him.And also file Criminal case under section 498 A of IPC.if he makes harassment of you either physical or mental.And also you can file case under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act if he makes any verbal, physical,mental harassment,not providing maintainence to you.
