Father's name spelling mistake

In all my documents except in Voter Card, my father name is printed as Netai. But in Voter Card my father name is printed as Nitai. But in all documents of my father, his name is printed as Nitai. So Now I can't correct all my documents at once. What should I do now.
As per the query in law rato you need to do a 1st class affidavit and rectify the mistake in the name so consult with an advocate and get it rectify as early as possible .please lat us know if anything else is required
