Father's name incorrect in 10th & 12th Standard Marksheet

Need to correct my father's name in my 10th & 12th Marksheet of PU Board, Karnataka. My father's name is wrongly mentioned as "VARADARAJU" instead of "VARADHAN" in my marksheet. His correct name is VARADHAN. My father is diseased.
1. You need to file an application for name change with mayo-hall court.
2. Minimum 2 paper publication needs to be published.
3. The proof of the publication should be submitted to court. Based on the decision by the court, the name change has to be registered with official gazatte.
