this mistake will do every one when ever they are registered the documents they don't verify , after this will they suffer with their mistake. no problem even if you are observe the mistake in your documents. let me tell that when will be registered the documents I mean time limitation, if you did this early then you go to the document writer and tell your situation , if you don't change the seller father name if any dispute arise between you and seller then you have to face little tension. because you don't know the legal rights , so I suggest you to change the seller father name by saying to the document writer or go to the registration office and explain this and change the name other wise later your children will be suffer. you require only the aadhar is enough to change the document and you must be go to the registration office with the land seller and inform the mistake to the the registrar .
