Employment agreement provides for termination but not resignation

11-Aug-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My employer a proprietor of coaching class has hired me as a teacher. The service agreement says he can terminate my services by sending a notice period of 15 days .But no such notice period for leaving job by employee is mentioned. It contains cluses like the teacher is responsible for end result ie students 100 % passing competitive exams ..he should have moral behaviour..etc.lastly he has taken a signed cheque for a substantial amount as security and last point in contract says he can encash the cheque if on any of earlier points he finds violation. My question is this kind of one sided agreement valid ?

your employer has no right take such steps and he is into malpractise, before suggesting you i would like to know what is exactly written in the document, after that ascertaining the line action will be easier.
