Sir, I want to purchase land under emi scheme developer ready to sold the property under monthly installment scheme. but developer not a power of attorney having from landlord but landlord given some normal confirmation for this plot marketing and developing.
Unless the landlord duly authorises the developer by executing a power of attorney in his favour, do not enter into any contract with the developer. It is fraught with risk. Do not pay him any money without his holding a PoA.
