Charges of release deed to be prepare from my mother name to my name

I want to take loan against property ..the property is in the name of my mother ..she is housewife... for that bank want me to prepare release deed...so I want to know the procedure and the charges for the same
Dear Querist, where are you located? It will depend on that? Your mother will have to execute a deed of release in your favour.
Depending on your place, there would be stamp duty charges, registration charges and advocate /agent charges. It is advisable to draft a proper deed from an experienced advocate instead of taking a readymade draft.
