Changes in the name of the 10th certificate

I have changed my name before 7 months through gazette publication in all documents i.e. PAN, aadhar, voter id, passport etc. Now I am studying polytechnic in 2nd year. I apply to change the name in my college they said that first I should change my name in CBSE 10th certificate. also, I applied to change in the birth certificate, they also said I should change the name in the 10th certificate. In the future, when I get a job abroad, when I submit my 10th certificate with the old name it will affect me to get the job. so I need to change my name in my 10th certificate, I want a court order for this. please help me to solve my problem.
Why you require a Court Order? Have you ascertained the procedure from the Authority concerned? Which Board has issued you the certificate? In the absence of such elementary information, it is impossible offer any meaningful suggestion.
