Change surname for marriage purpose

I want to change my surname temporary basis for my marriage only.after that I will use my previous surname.please suggest me?
You can do the same over an affidavit getting it from the first class judicial magistrate that your old name and new name or surnames are the same persons and you have been to be present before the magistrate while doing and a court order will be provided to you for the same
