Case disposal order for passport verification

My brother's ex wife had added my name in 498A and me & my younger sisters name in dvc in 2012.both the cases were quashed by high court in 2013. We gave high court order for our passport police verification, however they are insisting on closure order from lower court.
Respected sir /madam,
After quashing both cases in high court have you informed the same in lower court about quashing?
You have to apply for certified copy in lower court for last order.
Lower court last order you can submit to passport office.
