Cancel settlement deed now for my sister,she got divorce also,

My sister gave settlement deed to her husband before 8 years, she didn't get any money for that, before 6 years she got divorce also,can she cancel the settlement deed now?
What is the procedure for this? Is there any ways for return her money from her husband
yes , you can approach the competent court to cancel the settlement deed. it was easy during the divorce proceedings. now it is complete ,so it can take time to cancel the deed. only way to approach the competent court with knowledgeable and experience advocate
