Hi i want to no can i cancel the partition deed
Hi, The cancellation of Partition Deed is possible only in case there has been an involvement of Fraud during the formation of the Partition Deed. If that is the case then you can approach the Hon'ble Court and file a suit for the cancellation of partition deed.
If the formation of Partition Deed is with the mutual consent of all the parties of the Partition, then you need to have the consent of all these parties for the cancellation of the Partition Deed.
