I sell a sentro car last year This is 2009 model .one day I am checking owner by its number then I come to know that by cheating present owner made it 2012model.How can I prove him guilty
Get information through RTI(Right to Information)about vehicle registration from registration authority in whose jurisdiction vehicle is registered.
No one can alter year in vehicle registration certificate even registering authority can't change or alter year in registration certificate in any circumstances.
When you have all proof of year alteration then submit a simple complaint to transport office of your state
