Please guide whether the Common Maintenance Services Agreements - having an Yearly Value/Consideration of Rs. 96,00,000/ approx,, is required to be registered with the concerned Registration Authority.
The agreement is to be executed at Delhi Location.
hello client as i can reafmd ur query it is a big amouny which is invloved in this agreement as you have said tht this agreementbis pertaning to common maintinance services have early value almonst a crore rupees in iNR.
in this respect i need to knw more details about the services you going to offer then it will be better for me to tell you tht it require registration or not because services are if so many but under law which needs to be registered as agreement or
