Advice regarding joining of railway once acquitted in criminal matter.

Sir , one fir is lodged on me in 2014.the case is of ipc 307. I am aquited from this case in 2016.now I have pass the railway examination. Now my joining has come. Is there any problem in joining . Please help me sir.

Acquittal from a case relieves you from all criminal liabilities. Since you have been tried and acquitted your appointment cannot be stopped on the question of criminal charge being framed. For all administrative purposes and job prospects your record is clean. Criminal records can be used adversely only to the extent of pending cases and conviction. In case you have a reason to believe that it has been made a ground to deny you your job position, you can file a writ petition before the High Court.
