Dear Sir,
You are entitle for divorce immediately without further enquiry as you are in possession unchallenged RCR decree. The statute provides that one after that decree you are entitled for divorce. It is like execution petition. There is no need to even recording the ex parte evidence. Ask your advocate to pressurize the Court to pass the decree in your favor immediately or else lodge a complaint with Registrar Vigilance of High Court of Karnataka against that judge as he is protecting a contemnor.
