WITHDRAWAL DIVORCE APPEAL TO AVOID PENDING MAINTENANCE

Husband filed Appeal in Divorce Case. In Divorce Appeal , court granted Interim maintenance to wife . Husband got stay for Interim maintenance in High Court..
Now, Husband want to withdraw the Divorce Appeal and also wish to avoid pending maintenance.
Question :- 1) Please guide what reason should mention for withdrawal of Divorce Appeal so that court will permit to withdraw the Divorce Appeal without any order for pending maintenance.?
Please suggest to avoid above maintenance ?
It is not possible to deny interim maintenance to wife.Original.order of trial court can come into existence. And by that order wife can recover interim maintenance from husband. There is no specific grounds required to withdraw appeal. That may depend upon each case and it's circumstances.
