Sir in this case, prevent the husband from having sex or avoiding the husband to have sexual relationship with you amounts to mental cruelty and on this ground you can file a case for divorce so file a case for divorce on ground of cruelty.

we are hindu. my wife is not in sexual relationship with me she does not want to conceive also. we are married for last 3 years and till now from day of marriage we are not in sexual relationship also she does not want to keep relationship with my parents and brother & sister. we are from out of bangalore and staying in bangalore for our livelihood. my parents, brothers & sister is staying in other city. pls suggest me divorce from my wife.

sexual relation is also part of marriage. This is also one kind of cruelty. You can file divorce petition for divorce before compentent court. Before that you can meet psycriatist for your wife ptoblem.
