wife records voice and cal of me? can i copy it without consent to lap

Sir my wife was habit of recording both voice and call 6 months before and after marriage....and she is recording calls and voice of MINE, her parents , relatives, sibling , her friends, my parents, my relatives , shops people..... once i caught HER after marriage and adviced her not to record...... later one day i have to transfer her some photos to her mobile and she gave the phone for that at that time I copied recordings from her phone without her knowledge at my home and latter once when she was in college also without her knowledge and deleted that recordings from her phone both the time.... sir my doubts 1. Can my wife can record both voices and call recording of mine and others all the time without their knowledge...is it a crime..especially voice recording? 2. Can a husband can copy all recordings from his wifes phone without her knowledge at my home and while she was in her college to my laptop and delete from her phone? 3. Can i produce all these in family court?
