Cases Which I Can File Against My Wife and her parents? , she desserted me just because I didn't wanted to stay apart, Now That She Has Filled DV & Divorce Case and threatening us with regards to fake Dowry Case.. Is there anything wrong if i tell them that I am okay with divorce but please settle it mutually? Since I don't want more time to get wasted
You can also file restitution of conjugal rights and call your wife to stay with you and perform her liabilities as legally wedded wife of yours.

If you are ready for mutual divorce then you both can file consent terms and can get mutual divorce, before that you have mention condition in consent term that she has to withdraw dv before passing divorce decree
