I have sent lawyer notice to come back , but she rejected & gave reply by raising false allegations on me. My elders & advocate gave her counselling even though no use. Now she is telling that , she won't even attend to court for mutual concent also. Do what you want , I won't come anyehere!! My mother in law is helpless. Please help me out..I m hanging in this situation. How can I get rid of her ??

hi
first file for restitution of conjugal rights or divorce depending on individual circumstances.
if your wife does not appear in court even after receiving court notice, court will still grant you ex parte divorce decree.
an ex parte divorce decree is valid if it is not set aside within 120 days
