Wife is threatening to file fake case after failure of MCD.

Husband and wife filed for MCD.Husband has given all permanently alimony during first motion only and wife didnt turn up for second motion and petition got dismissed after 18 months of filling of first motion.There is clear MOU between husband and wife stating that there was no legal case before filling divorce and both parties will not put any legal case against each other in future.Now wife side is planning to file fake cases like 498a ,DV,376,377 etc.Their motive seems to fetch more money.Advice required from legal experts on following points
1) What legal action can husband take against wife on filling of fake cases, not returning the money taken against permanent alimony
2) can case of 420,120 b,468 and 468 be Register against wife ? Local police is not cooperating at all.How we can register case against wife if police is not taking complaint
3) How husband can safeguard himself and family
You can file a complaint case under section 420 against your wife and in alternative you can file a recovery suit for recovery of the amount paid to her for mutual consent divorce. Further you have an option to file a contempt petition against her
